Hello, I’m Tammy.

I graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. After five years of practicing in Oamaru and a heartfelt farewell to my former team, I am excited to join the Ashburton community in 2025.

Originally from South Korea, I moved to Auckland in 2011 and spent my high school years there before heading south to pursue dentistry. I ended up settling here because south NZ is just better.

I strongly believe in patient-centered dentistry, where treatments are tailored to individual needs, and patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns openly. While therapy isn’t within our scope, I believe a listening ear can make a big difference.

I provide a wide range of general dental treatments and am looking forward to expanding my skills by pursuing courses in IV sedation this year.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking and unwinding with a glass of something special.
