Hello, I’m Carmen and I graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with First Class Honours (BDS Hons) 2022.  Before completing my dental degree, I had completed a Bachelor of Oral Health (BOH) 2018 and worked at Dentistry on Parkside over my summer breaks, so I am very excited to be back in Ashburton again as a Dentist!

I am passionate about prevention and love to work alongside my patients to achieve their oral health goals. I take my time to listen so that the treatment can be tailored to suit your specific needs. I am dedicated to providing a gentle dental experience for my patients while maintaining a standard of excellence.

I enjoy all aspects of dentistry and am always looking for ways to further my skill set. Dentistry is always evolving and I am passionate about keeping up with the latest technology by learning from others, attending courses and continuing studying.

Languages spoken English and Cantonese.

While I am not looking at teeth, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and playing table tennis. I am also a big foodie and enjoy baking, cooking, and exploring different places to eat!
